Charlotte Maude Skalsky, 84, of Billings, formerly of Wolf Point, died Aug. 9, 2013, at the Billings Clinic in Billings.
She was born Friday, June 21, 1929, to Rex Leo and Zelona Maude (Buckalew) Squires. She went to school in Forsyth and then moved to South Dakota.
She later moved to Wolf Point, working for various businesses. In 1997, she moved to Billings to be near her family.
Her favorite things were going for car rides, chatting over coffee and playing Bingo. She would wait all week for it to be Bingo day.
She resided in Billings until her death.
She had seven children, Clinton Skalsky of Waite Park, Minn., Chester Skalsky of Little Falls, Minn., Linda Hubbard of Worth, Mo., Calvin Skalsky of Long Prarie, Minn., Lester Skalsky of Swanville, Minn., Carrie Skalsky of Little Falls, Minn., and Carol Kirk of Billings; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mildred Lincoln of Forsyth; and two brothers, Wallace Reid of New Ulm, Minn., and Mark Reid of Rapid City, S.D.
Funeral services were held Monday, Aug. 12, at the chapel of Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home in Forsyth. Interment was in the Forsyth Cemetery.
