EMB Mission Sale Nears

The EMB mission sales is nearly here. Monday, in fact.
Beginning at 6:30 p.m., auctioneers Bob Baker and Don Traeholt will begin coaxing the, at first, shy, hesitant bidders to begin the evening’s festivities, which will be held in the EMB fellowship room.
Soon, however, the competition will begin its’ momentum and the air will be filled with good natured bantering as the bids raise on the items to bring in a good night’s take for the missionaries’ support.
To mention a few items, there are quilts, hand embroidered tea towels, homemade noodles and many craft items that will be available.
Also, pie will be served by the teenagers for your donations to help with costs for their upcoming Acquire The Fire trip.

On October 16, Dean and Julie Reddig flew to Houston, Texas, to drive home a 2012 15-passenger Ford van that had been purchased for the Lustre Christian High School. On the way home, they spent some time in Branson, Mo., and also stopped to visit their daughter, Angie and Marty Smith.
