Keith Olson, a veterans’ service officer from the Montana Veterans Affairs Division, will be in Wolf Point at the Job Service, located at 201 Main St., on Wednesday, Oct. 10, from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Olson will be available to talk to veterans and the surviving spouses of veterans “one-on-one” about the qualifications and availability of service connected disability benefits and dependent and survivors pension.
Walk-ins are welcome. However, to ensure efficient service is provided, appointments are preferred. Contact Olson at 406-431-3684 for an appointment.
If this is your first visit with a veterans’ service officer, bring your military discharge form DD-214, marriage certificate, dependents’ Social Security numbers and birth certificates and direct deposit information.
Montana VFW, Fort Harrison’s State Department Officer, Robert Schwegel, will be in Glasgow on Monday, Oct. 15, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Tuesday, Oct. 16, from 8 a.m. to early afternoon.
He will be at the V.F.W. Post 3107, located at 1222 Hwy #2 West in Glasgow, to answer questions related to your military service, such as, compensations, pensions, medical and education.
