Stevens, Taylor, Poole Appear In Court

Several people were arraigned in 15th District Court Wednesday, April 30. They include the following individuals:
Kyle Lee Stevens pleaded not guilty to theft and criminal mischief.
An omnibus hearing was set for May 14 and a trial was scheduled for July 17.
Amanda Dawn Taylor pleaded not guilty to possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the fluence, driving while privilege is suspended or revoked and driving with no insurance, second or subsequent offense.
An omnibus hearing was set for May 14 and a trial was scheduled for July 17, where she is also scheduled to answer to allegations that she violated conditions of bail.
Judge David Cybulski denied a defense request for a reduction in bail.
Kandace Jean Poole pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
An omnibus hearing was set for May 14 and a trial was scheduled for July 17.
Cybulski denied a defense request for a reduction in bail, that has been set at $50,000.
Assistant County Attorney Jordan Knudsen cited a previous drug offense in North Dakota as a reason the request should be denied.
