Dancers And Drummers Shine At Annual Wadopana Pow-Wow

The sound of drums, chanting and bells filled the air as Demarko Shoopslilley (left), covered from head to toe in traditional regalia that included ribbons, feathers and a headband, danced prior to the Wadopana Pow-wow Grand Entry, Aug. 2. During the Grand Entry dancers of all ages, many of them also wearing regalia of different colors, performed a traditional dance for the enjoyment of the audience.
